EASTER CLOSURE DATES
Just a reminder that we will be closed on the upcoming Public Holidays:
✔️ Friday 10th April (Good Friday)
✔️ Monday 13th April (Easter Monday)
Wishing you all a lovely Easter long weekend!
The Kindy children from our Dianella centre recently carried out a handwashing experiment using UV hand gel.
With handwashing now more important than ever, we thought it was a good idea to shine a light (pun intended!) on hygiene skills.

After every storm there is a rainbow – and with the craziness that is 2020 – and many people around the world have started to “Follow the Rainbow” – including our Wanneroo centre!
The meaning behind this is to keep our children physically active and going on walks to find the rainbows – as well as to bring some positivity and brightness to the world around us!
Our babies took part in making rainbows as a group and displaying them in the hallway – check out some pictures via our Facebook page below!
Our Dianella centre have started something a little different - sleeping outdoors!
This gives the children an extra bit of fresh air (before the cooler weather sets in!)
Our Hollywood OSHC service has recently moved into the school’s new undercover area at Hollywood Primary School.
This has been a bit of a juggling act so we would like to thank our families for their patience and understanding during this process. We have now settled into this area and things are running well!
We have the use of the library for when the weather is too hot or cold to be in the undercover area.
Your child’s wellbeing is very much at the forefront of our planning. As always, we aim to provide a high-quality care program for every child in our OSHC service.
Whether through choice or necessity, an increasing number of people are staying home as COVID-19, a new strain of coronavirus, sweeps the globe. It’s a worrying time, with implications for personal wellbeing right through to international stability.

In March we celebrated Cultural Diversity Week, coinciding with the United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination and Harmony Day.
Although large events recognising this celebration may not have gone ahead this year, it’s important to recognise and reflect on its importance.
Harmony Week is about inclusiveness, respect and belonging for all Australians, regardless of cultural or linguistic background, united by a set of core Australian values.
It comes as no surprise that our Beaumaris centre has been ranked in the top 10 childcare centres in WA!
A big thanks to the whole team for making KidzBiz what it is today – we couldn’t have done it without you!

Holi: India's Festival of Colour happened on 9th March and we celebrated again this year across all of our centres!
Holi is the most vibrant of all Hindu festivals. It marks the end of winter in India and welcomes the spring season. On this festive day, people play with colours, meet and greet one another and create new beginnings.
