We are looking for an exceptional Centre Manager for our before and after school care service at Beaumaris Primary school.
Kidz Biz provide our Educators with professional development and on-going training inhouse. We are delivering educational and care programs that are current with the latest childcare industry initiatives.
Within our management team we have two Operations Managers who lead and oversee the roles of A & R, Staffing- employing, inducting and performance management, Compliance, support Staff Meetings, staff Training, centre Audits and support centre Managers through a training schedule for the role. We have an Education Manager works with the centre Manager each week to plan and oversee the direction of the service programs. The Education Manager models and teaches in each care room with the Room Leaders and Educators to implement Exceeding standard programs, experiences and interactions. Kidz Biz also has a Sports Manager who delivers movement and physical skills programs each week in our OSHC services.

If you require care for your little one, we provide 50% off the cost of childcare for our full time Educators in both Day care and OSHC.
