Kidz Biz Early Learning Centre are proudly Western Australian owned.

As residents of Perth’s Northern suburbs, we remain “hands on” in the daily running of the business and understand the importance of being accessible to the families we serve and the staff we employ.  

We are very selective when it comes to employing staff and ensure all have a current Working With Children Check, First Aid, Medical and the required Qualifications to work with young children.

The selection of dynamic and experienced staff ultimately influences the success of our programs and business.

The owner is a university trained Early Childhood Educator, with six years teaching experience in regional Western Australian schools.

Kidz Biz management maintain a staffing hierarchy structure. The number of qualified educators we employ follows the National Childcare Regulations. Kidz Biz ensures there is a good balance of mature and younger educators. Some staff are mums and therefore understand the needs and of working families and their children.

Kidz Biz educators are provided with a flexible and rewarding workplace as management aim to keep our wonderful staff in long term employment. Staff turnover is low and management work together and meet regularly with staff to ensure they are experiencing job satisfaction.
